We’re BACK – Girls Academy: Our U6/U8/U10 girls will make their much anticipated return to football this Sunday March 1st.

- U6 (Girls born 2020/21) at Gym Hall, Scoil Eoin, Balloonagh, Tralee V92 Y653. Time 10am
- U8 (Girls born 2018/19) at Gym Hall, Scoil Eon, Balloonagh, Tralee V92 Y653. Time 11am
- U10 (Girls Born 2016/17) at Astro Turf, CBS National School, Clounalour, Tralee V92 FD62. Time 10am.
New players are very welcome so bring a friend. Wear runners and tracksuit. Bring a water bottle. €2 to cover hall/pitch hire.

U12 Girls: Preparations will begin for our 2026 season in a few weeks. Looking forward to seeing everyone back. New players are always welcome.
U13/U14 Girls: Our 6 week Pre-Season Athletic Development commenced with great enthusiasm on Monday 9th Feb in KCYS Hall Denny St. This game based programme has been developed and will be delivered by Aoibhinn Morrissey every Mon for the next few weeks from 7.15-8.15pm. We have been placed in division 2 of the 2026 County League. This will be a challenge for our girls, given the age profile of our 2026 group; the league will be made up of 2 eight-team groups with a split at the end of the group phase for cup and shield competitions, which is an exciting innovation, which we welcome. We hope to be able to enter a U14B team in a 9/11 a-side group should that option arise.
U16/18 Girls: We have started back in the gym with our S&C programme & weekly runs on the Greenway. These sessions are of great benefit to the girls, tough but great fun too! We encourage all the girls to come along to improve their fitness ahead of the 2026 season. This year’s minor Co League will see us play in the 11-a side league which will have 12 teams divided into 2 groups of 6 teams. Rd 1 is a home game V Rathmore on March 8th at 12 noon.
Senior Ladies: Our S&C sessions continue with Aoife every Friday evening in the Stacks Club Gym and on Sunday mornings on the Astro at Tralee Sports Complex. This year there is a new Co League format. Fixtures due to commence on March 22nd. Rd 1 away V KOR, Rd 2 home V Firies, Rd 3 away V ISG, Rd 4 home V Knock/Brosna, Rd 5 away V MKL Gaels (B), Rd 6 away V Beale, RD 7 Home V Churchill, Rd 8 away V Kilcummin, Rd 9 Home V Listowel.

Kerry LGFA News: Kerry Seniors were defeated by Cork in Rd 4 of the National League last Sunday afternoon. In Rd 5 Kerry are at home to Galway at 2pm this Sunday March 1st in Austin Stack Park. The Kerry Minors had a comfortable win over Limerick in the Munster Championship last weekend in Rd. 3 they are away to Cork this Sunday. Kerry U16s enjoyed their 2nd win in the Munster Championship last weekend with a win over Limerick. Next up will be an away game V Tipperary on March 21st.
