Excitement was high as our U6 Boys completed the 2013 season with wonderful fanfare last Sunday morning in Connolly Park. Led from the dressings rooms by a lone piper for the pre-match parade complete with the singing of the Amhrán na bhFiann it was certainly an occasion to savour for the youngest members of our club. The games were played with great vigour and gusto and thoroughly enjoyed by the spectators. A dvd of the morning’s action was watched in the club after the game by the boys and their families. A brilliant morning, to round off a wonderful year. Well done to all our dedicated juvenile mentors for all their hard work throughout the year but special thanks to Liam Lynch for pulling out all the stops last Sunday morning.
