Austin Stacks 1-10 Kenmare Shamrocks 0-7

Played in the Nuns field on Sunday afternoon,Austin Stacks maintained their 100% record in the County League with a victory over Kenmare Shamrocks.
Stacks opened the scoring within a minute when Jordan Kissane goaled from close range and shortly after Kevin O’Sullivan had Kenmare’s opening score with a point.
Donagh McKivergan,David Mannix and Fiachna Mangan with points had Stacks five points ahead after twelve minutes.
Greg Horan from a Fiachna pass and Donagh Mac with points made it a seven point game in the 22nd minute.
Kenmare had three unanswered points before the interval coming from Kevin O’Sullivan,David Hallissey and a Jack Tangney mark to leave four points between the sides.

Donagh had Stacks opening point of the second half after Greg was fouled and Fiachna added another from a Colm Browne pass.
Shane O’Callaghan shortly after coming on as a sub kicked a fine point and Greg from a mark had Stacks eight points ahead midway through the half.
Darren Allman from a free and Tommy Cronin had two in a row for Kenmare to leave six points between the sides.
Fiachna had his third point from play in the 25th minute of the half and Jack Tangney from a free had Kenmare’s final score before the end.

Mens County League DIV 5A
Our mens Senior B team continue their impressive start to the County League Campaign and remain unbeaten after four rounds. On Sunday they made the jourmey to Gneeveguilla and came away with a narrow one point win.
Up next is a home game against Firies B on Sunday next.
U21 Football Championship:
Austin Stacks have been drawn at home against Rathmore GAA in the opening round of the U21 Football Championship with the opening round fixtures to be played on May 22nd.
Dates; Round 1- May 22nd, Quarter Finals- May 29th, Semi Finals- June 26th, Final- July 3rd .

Kerry Seniors Vs Clare:
Kerry will take on Clare in the 2024 Munster Football Final on Sunday May 5th at 1-45pm in Ennis. We would like to wish the team and management the very best of luck especially our four rockies Joe O’Connor, Dylan Casey, Armin Heinrich and Joey Nagle.
Kerry U20’s Vs Tipperary:
Well done to club players Daniel Kirby, Michael Tansley & Paddy Lane who all started in Kerry’s third round win in the U20 Munster Championship Group Stage against Tipperary on Wednesday night. Kerry will now face Cork in the Munster Final on Wednesday May 1st at 7pm in Austin Stacks Park Tralee.
Kerry Minors Vs Cork:
