
ONE CLUB – STRONGER TOGETHER
Billy Ryle, Vice-Chairman Austin Stacks GAA Club has now completed the INTERIM REPORT on the integration of Austin Stacks LGFA Club and Austin Stacks GAA Club. The report will be presented to a joint meeting of both clubs at 7pm on Monday, 22nd September. The meeting will take place at the Meeting Room in the Austin Stacks Gymnasium and all members of both clubs are cordially invited and encouraged to attend.
Phase One, The Consultation Phase, in preparing a Document on the integration of Austin Stacks LGFA Club and Austin Stacks GAA Club, extended from 1st March to 31st May. During that period all members of both clubs were invited to email their views on the integration to Billy. Phase Two, The Organisation of the Submitted Data, took place between the 1st June and 31st August.
The meeting at 7pm on Monday, 22nd September marks Phase Three in the preparation of a Document on the integration of Austin Stacks LGFA Club and Austin Stacks GAA Club, scheduled to happen in 2027. At the meeting, Billy will lead the attendance through the report, heading by heading, and discussion on each heading will be welcome.
Based on the outcome of the meeting at 7pm on Monday, 22nd September, Billy will then proceed to Phase Four, the preparation of the formal Document on the integration of Austin Stacks LGFA Club and Austin Stacks GAA Club. Billy hopes to have the document completed by December for formal adoption by both clubs at a joint meeting of members.
