Ode to the Dream Team (Kevin O’Carroll)
Sunday is the Day,
We hope and we pray,
That everything good,
Will come our way.
The break of the ball,
With our backs to the wall,
Our forwards on fire,
With heart and desire.
Just like throwing dice,
Our scores will suffice,
We’ll be on top,
The boys from the Rock.
Our Waterville friends,
Will shake hands in the end,
But the Rock boys supreme,
Will be like cats with the cream.
The Barrett Cup,
Will be perched in our Club,
That’s one certain thing,
You can be sure of!!!
