Last Man Standing is a game where you get one life. Each week you must pick one team from the fixtures list. If your selected team does not win the match then you are out of the competition, however if your team wins you will progress to the next round. You can’t pick the same team twice. The winner of the competition is the last man standing. Winners Prize €500.

(2) Download and print off this application form and return with E10 payment to any club officer or post application & payment to Juvenile Chairman Tim Mc Mahon, 73 Killeen Woods, Tralee.
