Girls Academy: U6,8 & 10 Training went ahead at Caherslee last Sunday. The girls commence their Go Games this Wednesday evening in Ballymacelligott. Best wishes to all our girls who received their first Holy Communion last weekend. We extend birthday wishes to Grace Foley 10 on 18th May and to Lily Ryan who will be 9 on 20th May.
U12 Girls: We will commence our Co. League with a game V Castleisland this Wednesday evening at 6.30pm. Details will be confirmed to players by text. Our Co. League games will see us face Glenflesk, Ballymacelligott, Duagh, Finuge/St. Senans and Dr. Crokes. Training on Sundays at 11am and Tuesdays at 6pm.
U14 Girls: Were beaten by Laune Rangers last Sunday evening we continue with Co. League action away to Na Gaeil at 5pm this Sunday May 18th. Training Tuesdays and Fridays at 5.30pm
U16 Girls: Our next Co. League game sees us at home to Inbhear Scéine Gaels. Players will be informed of match details by text. Training at 6.30pm this Wednesday.
Nite at the Dogs: Our big club fundraiser the Austin Stacks Nite at the Greyhound Stadium takes place on Friday 23rd May. Tickets are now on sale & we are urging everyone to get involved by purchasing & selling tickets. Proceeds from the night are going towards the purchase & development of the much needed 2nd pitch facility at Connolly park – so please everyone get behind the project and do what you can to make the night a great success.
Congratulations: To our own Mick Hanafin who managed the Kerry U14 girls to Munster final success over Cork recently. Kerry’s first title in this age group since 2008. Well done to Mick and to our own Molly O’Carroll who was a member of the winning team.
