Girls Academy: U6,8’s and 10’s: Well done to all of you who participated in our Cúl Camp last week. The week was an outstanding success with over 100 boys

U12 Girls: all Roads lead to Castletownroche, Cork this Saturday as the Austin Stacks U12 Girls will play during the interval of the Senior Ladies Munster Final featuring Kerry V Cork. Have a wonderful day girls. All girls making the trip will be contacted by text during the week. Some upcoming blitzes to look forward to so training continues as usual this and every Wednesday at 5pm.
U14 Girls: Div. 1 Co. League Semi Final – Rathmore 2-4 Austin Stacks 1-6: A classic game of two halves, Rathmore led at half-time 1-4 to 0-1, Stacks
point coming from Lauren Quinn. Neither team got on the score-sheet until the 18th minute but Rathmore shot several wides in the early period of the game.
The mentors’ “chat” at half-time seemed to have the desired effect and our “Rockettes” gradually got back into the game with Lauren Quinn scoring a further 1-2, Lauren Barrett a goal, and Rebecca Ryan a point to win towards the end of the match. It was a great team performance, and our girls displayed a determined “can-do” attitude – Deborah Mangan had plenty to do and was excellent in goals, our defence mopped up many a Rathmore attack, and our midfield and forwards making the most of any opportunities that came their way. The game was well refereed by Peter Lyons from Killorglin. Thanks to all the supporters who made the long journey to Rathmore. We can now look forward to the final V Legion – date & time tbc. U16 Girls: Our U16 girls will take on Spa this week in Div. 3 Co. League (match details tbc).
Senior Ladies: Junior ‘A’ Ladies Championship Semi Final. Very disappointingly, Dr. Crokes were a no show last Sunday
evening. Referee Paddy White threw up the ball and declared Austin Stacks winners. So we will now face na Gaeil in the final (match details tbc).
