Austin Stacks Ladies Club AGM: was held last Friday evening (Jan 31st) thanks to all who attended to show their support and offer ideas. The following Officers were elected for the coming season: Chairperson:

2014 Registration: This year the club will hold a ‘Ladies Club’ registration night in the Clubrooms on Wednesday February 19th at 7.30pm.
Academy:- Indoor Training commences at the Green school gym (entrance on Dan Spring Road) this Sunday 9th February for
the following age groups:
U10s (girls born 2004-2005) at 10.45am, U6s (girls born 2008)at 12 noon and U8s (girls born 2006 -2007) also at 12 noon. New players very welcome just come along on the morning. Please bring €2 to cover

Birthdays:- We would like to wish a happy birthday to Megan O’Donnell who will be 14 on 12th February.
U12 Girls (born 2002 – 2003) indoor training this Sunday 9th February at the Green School Gym 10.45am. The U12 North Kerry League is due to commnece on March 1st so we need to get working! New players very welcome – so spread the word. See you all this Sunday – please bring €2 to cover cost of hall hire.
Senior Team: Indoor Circuit Training with Graham and co. continues this and every Sunday at 11am at the Club Gym, Connolly Park. All girls interested in playing Jnr. ‘A’ football this year please note….. also welcome to join us at these indoor sessions are any new players (from U16 to Senior).
Scór Na Nóg 2014:- Ceol Uirlise (Instrumental Music). Any girls born after 1997 that play an instrument!!! We are entering an instrumental group in Scór. which will start in November 2014. Anyone interested please ring John on 086 8151966 after 6pm.
Clothes Re-cycling Fundraiser: Pencil the date in your diaries – March 29th – Austin Stacks GAA club will hold a fundraising Clothes Recycling day. So start emptying those wardrobes! – all clothing, bedding, shoes, bags, curtains, books, mobile phones accepted.
Sympathy: All at the Ladies club were deeply saddened to learn of the death of the ‘legendary’ Norrie Gentleman nee Galvin. Norrie was a wonderful supporter of the Ladies club and we extend our sympathy to all her
family. May she rest in peace.
