Summer Camp: It’s always the highlight of the Summer Holidays! – The Austin Stacks Club Summer Camp will run from this Tuesday 5th August to Saturday 9th from 9.30am to 1pm daily in Connolly Park. Price €40 per child or €60 per family.
Girls Academy: There will be no training this Sunday due to the Kerry game and Bank Holiday weekend. See you all again on Sunday 10th August in Caherslee at 11am.
The U10 girls trained last Wednesday & Sunday. Both sessions were extremely well attended. A big hello to Sarah and Aoife who came along to check us out, we hope you enjoyed your time with us. We are thrilled with the high level of attendance at training and we appreciate the effort put in by mums and dads to get the girls to the sessions. U10 girls had a friendly game V Listowel last Tuesday (29th July) in Connolly Park. The academy sends birthday greetings to Grace Reidy who celebrated her 9th birthday at football training last Sunday, Mollie O’Carroll who will be 14 on 1st August and to Abbi McNamara who will be 8 on 7th August.
U12 Girls – A short break from training for this group. We will re-commence training on Sunday August 10th.
U13 Girls: North Kerry U13 Blitz took place in John Mitchels last Saturday where we qualified from our group to play in the Trophy Semi Final V Listowel. Following a great game we found ourselves in the Final V Finuge/St Senans where we ran out comfortable winners. A great day, superbly organised and much enjoyed by this great group of girls who played their hearts out all day and were a credit to their club and families. Player of the Final went to Rachel Ryan while Laura Devane accepted the Winning Trophy dedicated to the late Sandra Keane . Special thanks to Austin Stacks U13 team management: Pat Reidy, Louis Begley and Joan Devane.
