Girls Academy: December 8th is the big day for the youngest members of our club! The Academy Awards morning for U6, 8 and 10 girls will take place at 12 noon on Sunday December 8th. All players, parents and family members requsted to attend. The Austin Stacks 2014 Club Calendar will be on sale on the day. Birthdays: the Academy wishes a happy birthday to Alex McNamara and Catherine Duggan who will both be 11 on the 27th November, to Aisling Gutteridge who will be 15 on the 29th, to Ciara Begley 15 on 1st December, to Jasmine Ryle 12 on the 3rd , to Emma Pierse 15 on the 4th,and to Mary Duggan 13 on the 5th.
The U12 & U14 Girls Awards Night will take place in Connolly Park on Saturday December 7th from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. All players and their parents are requested to attend. The Austin Stacks Club Calendar 2014 will be on sale on the night.
Ladies Circuit Training is held at the Austin Stacks Club Gym at 11am every Sunday morning for the winter season. This training is aimed at our Senior, Minor & U16 players. We are also appealing to those players who perhaps have not kicked a ball for a while, or indeed those who are seeking to join a team and play football in 2014 to come along and join us. All will be very welcome.
Coaches: Such are our playing numbers at the moment that Stacks Ladies club urgently need new coaches for various teams. Times are very flexible with the commitment of just 1 or 2 hours per week. Full training provided. New Coach would be supported by a team manager and coaching assistants. If you are interested please call 086 3979428.
Congratulations to the Aibhistín De Staic dancers, Micheal Murphy Cailíní who progressed to the county finals of SCOR NA Nóg at Cnoc na gCaiseal on Friday 22nd November. Finals will be held at Foilmore on Sunday 1st December.
