Austin Stacks GAA in association with Jigsaw Kerry will host a 1-hour workshop entitled ‘One Good Adult’ at 8pm on Monday April 19th. The aims of the workshop are to: (1) Have a greater understanding of mental health and what influences mental health (2) Recognise the importance of the role of trusted adults in supporting and promoting young people’s mental health and (3) to Know how to support and promote the mental health of the young people in their lives. The workshop is aimed at all Senior Club Players, the Parents of all Juvenile Players, Club Coaches & Club Officers and will take place via Zoom – the link for this workshop is https://zoom.us/j/98022323510 (no password required). There will be a waiting room and everyone will be admitted at 8pm. We encourage everyone to set the date aside.
