Girls Magic Academy: Football Training for our U6, U8 and U10s returned to Caherslee last Sunday. We are delighted to advise that our U8 and U10 girls will participate in the Kerry LGFA Summer Go Games Series. Week Dates for U8s – June 15th, 29th and July 8th. U10 Go Games series is set to commence on Week of June 10th and continue over the following 5 weeks. More details to follow.
Save the Date: Our U8 and U10 girls will participate in this year’s Munster LGFA U8 & U10s Festival Day taking place in Tralee this year (hosted by KOR) on Saturday July 13th.
Club Summer Camp: The dates for the Austin Stacks Club Summer Camp have been announced. The camp for both boys and girls will take place in Connolly Park from Tuesday August 6th to Saturday August 10th from 9.30am to 1pm daily.
U12 Girls: Ahead of the Co. League, we have a few challenge games lined up on Tuesday June 4th V Abbeydorney and on Tuesday June 11th V Castleisland. North Kerry League finals for all girls will be arranged in the coming weeks. Upcoming Co. League Fixtures: June 18th away V Rathmore, June 25th home V Churchill and July 9th away V Cromane. Match details tbc nearer the dates.
U14 Girls:
Our U14A team played the final round of Co League Div 4 at home to Fossa last Sunday evening and topped the table while maintaining their unbeaten run SF fixtures will be confirmed shortly. Our U14B Div 8 game V Beale was played last Monday evening with the home side coming out on top. We now have one final round of the league to play, away V ISG in Dromore this Sunday afternoon.
U16: All rounds of the North Kerry League have now been played. We have qualified for this year’s Shield Final and are set to play Na Gaeil. Match details TBC. This Year we will play in Co. League Div 3 along with Na Gaeil, Legion, Beaufort, Laune Rangers and Annascaul/C’gregory. The Co League is set to commence on June 27th.
Minor Ladies: Minor Co League Div 5: We have qualified for this year’s Semi Final which will be a home Semi final V Kilcummin/Currow provisionally fixed for June 30th. Training details for those not sitting exams will be posted into teams whats app groups.
Senior Ladies: We are due to play Killarney Legion at home in the final round of the Cara Credit Union Donal Curtin Cup game this weekend. Fixture details TBC at time of writing.
Gaelic4MothersnOthers: We train every Monday night @7pm in Connolly Park. We are encouraging new players to sign up, no judgements, it’s all about the craic, no football experience necessary. Note you cannot be registered with a LGFA team for the 2024 season and you must be over 25. So if it sounds like your ‘thing’ contact Melissa on (087) 792 5605 Go on Give It A Go!!!
