U15: Well done to our 6 club players Ellen Lucey, Eimear Dillane, Kara Kirby, Penny Costello, Aine Gibbons & Aoibhinn Hennessy who were part of the Tralee District team which defeated South Kerry in the U15 Co Championship last Saturday afternoon in John Mitchells. FT Tralee 0-11 South Kerry 1-6. Also thanks to our own Keith Costello who is part of the team management. In Rd 2 next weekend the side will face West Kerry.
U12/14 Girls: We had a fantastic end of year outing to Predator Paintball Tralee last Sunday morning. Thanks to Dan for all his work in organising a great morning of bonding and fun for the girls & to Darragh Healy & all at Terrys Butchers Shop for organising tasty hot food. & treats afterwards. Enjoy the winter break everyone & we look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2025.
U13: Well done to 4 of our Club players Ruth Dowling, Roisin Sheehy, Shauna Quigley and Mary Gibbons who were part of the Tralee District side which defeated a strong West Kerry side on Bank Holiday Monday in Lispole in Rd 1 of the U13 Co Championship FT Tralee 6-7 West Kerry 3-6. Club coaches Pat Dowling & Robert Kennedy also involved with the team. In Rd 2 Tralee are set to play Castleisland District (match details TBC).
Quid Games: Congratulations to all associated with last Friday nights Quid Games Fundraiser. The event as well as being a hugely successful fundraiser for the club was also a terrific night out. The ladies club was well represented with contestants on the night including club players Katie Nagle, Aoife Dillane, Emma Conway & coaches Niall Lucey & Sean Dukes. Thanks to all our own club members who attended & supported this important fundraiser.
