Girls Academy: Our U6 and U10 girls trained bright and early last Sunday morning in Connolly Park. Our U8 girls played Go Games V Ballymac. Well done girls. Updates for this weekend’s football will be posted in your team What’s App groups.
U12 Girls: We participated in the U12 Co Blitz last Wednesday evening in Austin Stack Park Tralee. A great experience for the girls who had games V Moyvane, Cordal and Churchill.
U13 Girls: In Rd. 1 of the Club League we played out an exciting draw V Legion last Sunday afternoon. FT Legion 2-12 Austin Stacks 3-8. Read the full report on our Club FB page. Congratulations to the girls on winning the North Kerry Div 2 Shield Final V Listowel on Tuesday Aug 26th in Listowel FT Austin Stacks 4-8 Listowel 0-9. The team celebrated with a pizza party in the club afterwards. Upcoming events include the Sandra Keane U13 Invitational Tournament taking place at John Mitchels Complex on Saturday Sept 6th
U14 Girls: Fixtures have come to hand for the North Kerry League – Rd 1 we have bye. Rd 2 away V Annascaul/Castlegregory on Wed Sept 3rd.
U15 Girls: The draw has been made for this year’s U15 Co. Championship. We are due to play away V Churchill on Sept 7th.
U16 Girls: Our U16 team put in a gallant effort against a strong Listowel Emmets team in the County League Div2 Semi-Final played in Connolly Park last Monday night. Listowel’s strong first half ultimately was the deciding factor despite our girls closing the gap on a couple of occasions. Congratulations to Listowel and thanks to referee Seamus for a sporting game. Final thanks to all the girls, who have played over the last six weeks of the County League competition.
Senior Ladies: Bon Secour Intermediate Co Championship In Rd 2 we were defeated by Clounmacon/Moyvane last Sunday afternoon. In Rd 3 (final round) we will be at home to MKL Gaels on Sunday Sept 7th at 12pm.
G4MNO: Our Weekly training continues every Monday evening from 7-8pm. New players are very welcome just come along any evening. We will head to Dublin next weekend to participate in the G4MNO National Blitz.
