Girls Academy: U6, U8 girls will go ahead at 11am this Sunday in Caherslee. Our U10 girls continued their series of Go Games travelling to Castleisland on Monday (18th Aug) – see photographs on www.austinstacks.ie U10 girls have games coming up – we play Firies at home in Connolly Park at 6.30pm this Friday, Listowel on Aug 31st and Abbeydorney on Sept 7th. All players will be notified of match details by text.
U12 Girls: Training at 11am on Sundays and 6pm Tuesdays. The draw for the Town League Semi Final took place last Monday night – fixtures too late for inclusion in these notes. All players will be advised by text.
U14 Girls: Training every Tuesday and Friday evenings in Connolly Park for our up-coming North Kerry League games.
U15 Girls – The replay of the U15 Co. Championship quarter final took place in Connolly Park last Wednesday (Aug 20th). Full Time; Austin Stacks 4-6 Rathmore 5-5.
The Inaugural U19 Helen Dowling ‘A’ Final took place on Monday evening 18th August in Connolly Park, Tralee St Kierans (Castleisland District) V St Brendan’s (Tralee/West Kerry). FT: saw a 2 point win for St. Brendan’s – 1-9 to 1-7. Well done to the Stacks girls on the team.
Senior Ladies: Mary Jo Curran Cup – Our game V Dr. Crokes did not go ahead last Sunday. New date tbc.
A Meeting of the Austin Stacks Ladies Club Executive takes place at 8pm this Thursday in the clubrooms.
