Girls Magic Football Academy: While our U6s trained at 11am in Caherslee last Sunday. Our U8s & U10s made the short trip across town to play some fun challenge games V KOR. Thanks to KOR for the invite. More football again next Sunday!
We have included our U8 and U10 girls in the Kerry LGFA Summer Go Games Series. Week Dates for U8s – June 15th, 29th and July 8th. U10 Go Games series is set to commence on Week of June 10th and continue over the following 5 weeks. More details to follow.
Save the Date: Our U8 and U10 girls will participate in this year’s Munster LGFA U8 & U10s Festival Day taking place on Saturday July 13th. KOR have now withdrawn from hosting so we await advisory of the new venue details.
Club Summer Camp: The dates for the Austin Stacks Club Summer Camp for both boys and girls will take place in Connolly Park from Tuesday August 6th to Saturday August 10th from 9.30am to 1pm daily.
U12 Girls: Thanks to Abbeydorney for coming in last Tuesday evening for a challenge game. Ahead of the Co. League, we have 2 more challenge games lined up; this Tuesday June 11th V Castleisland, followed by a trip to Lispole to play Corca Dhuibhne on Friday evening. Both games throw in at 6.30pm. North Kerry League finals for all girls will be arranged in the coming weeks. Upcoming Co. League Fixtures: June 18th away V Rathmore, June 25th home V Churchill and July 9th away V Cromane. Match details tbc nearer the dates.
U14 Girls: Well done to our U14A team who topped Div 4 of the Co League and now play Kilcummin in the Co League Semi Final set to take place at home in Connolly Park this Thursday 13th June @7pm (with Fossa V Beale contesting the other SF).
Our U14B team finished their county league campaign with a strong performance against ISG Kenmare in Dromore GAA pitch last Sunday afternoon. FT Austin Stacks 3-3, ISG 2-6. Team: Caoimhe Corcoran, Eimear Kenny, Clodagh Cunnane, Lucy Carey, Emma Hobbart, Eve McEvoy, Lexi O’Connor, Roisin Sheehy, Sophie Quillinan, Lucia O’Flaherty, Mya Dennehy, Keira Boyle Griffin, Clodagh O’Sullivan, Clodagh Kennedy and Eabha May Horgan. U16 Girls: Following a Kerry LGFA Fixtures Meeting we have been placed in Co League Div 4 Group 1; Na Gaeil, Killarney Legion, Beaufort, Glenflesk, Austin Stacks & KOR. The Co League is set to commence on June 27th. All rounds of the North Kerry League have now been played. We have qualified for this year’s Shield Final and are set to play Na Gaeil. Minor Ladies: Minor Co League Div 5: We have qualified for this year’s Semi Final which will be a home game V Kilcummin/Currow provisionally fixed for June 30th. Training details for those not sitting exams will be posted into teams whats app groups.
Senior Ladies: We played Killarney Legion at home in the final round of the Cara Credit Union Donal Curtin Cup last Sunday morning emerging victorious FT Stacks 3-12 Legion 1-7. Well Done everyone. Details of the Senior Co League have been announced we will play in Div 3 along with Abbeydorney, Laune Rangers & Kilcummin. Games set to begin July 15th.
