Girls Academy: Our U8 Girls End Of Season Party took place last Sunday afternoon at Bowling Buddies Tralee. Thanks to Marie of Ballybeg Hair Salon, Mark Rael Electrical,Tim Lane of Lane Bros Homestore and Ger Healy of Tralee Upholstery for their sponsorship in covering the girls fun day out. Our U10 girls End of Year Pizza Party takes place in the Austin Stacks Clubhouse from 2-3.30pm this Sunday.
U12/U14 Girls: Thanks to Cara Credit Union and Austin Stacks LGFA for their support towards our U12 & U14 girls end of year outing last Saturday. The Star Outdoors team looked after us so well. Jean Tim and all the Training with the Stars volunteers ran another excellent and very enjoyable afternoon at Kenmare GAA Club. Finally a very special thanks to Seanie O’Shea and Donal O’Sullivan for sharing their time and expertise with the girls on the football field. It capped off a very enjoyable year.

U14 Girls: Training this Wednesday in Connolly Park from 5.45-7pm. Our final game of the year will be the North Kerry Div 1 Shield Final V Abbeydorney and is fixed for Connolly Park on Wed Oct 15th. Throw in 7pm.
U15 Girls: Co. Championship Shield Final played on Wednesday October 1st V Cromane at Caherslee GAA Grounds FT Austin Stacks 6-11 Cromane 2-6. Trailing 2-4 to 0-1 the girls put in a mighty display to take the win. Thanks to club coaches Melissa and Linda who looked after the girls for this competition. Celebrations continued with a well deserved trip to Kirby’s Brogue Inn for refreshments after the game.
G4MNO: We were delighted to participate in the ‘Day for Alison’ memorial blitz organised by KOR in memory of the late Alison O’Sullivan last Sunday afternoon. Proceeds raised were in aid of Palliative Care. A very enjoyable day, well done to all involved. Note our Weekly training continues every Monday evening from 7-8pm. New players are very welcome just come along any evening.
