Girls Academy: Our U10 girls travelled to Cordal on Bank Holiday Monday and enjoyed a great morning of football at another successful Go Games Blitz. Football for our U8s and 10s goes ahead this Wednesday.
U12 Girls: Next training is this Wednesday Aug 5th at 6pm. Details of our next game V Finuge St. Senans will be posted shortly.
U14 Girls: We played a useful challenge game at home to Fr. Casey’s Abbeyfeale last Wednesday evening. Training this week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
U16 Girls: Upcoming fixture Co. League Div 3 home V Dr. Crokes on Wednesday Aug 5th at 7.30pm.
Senior Ladies: The draw for this year’s Senior Ladies Intermediate Co. Championship has taken place. Fixtures as follows Rd. 1 Away V Cromane on Sunday Aug 16th, Rd. 2 home V Firies on Sunday Aug 23rd. QF fixed for September 13th.
G4MNO: Training in Connolly Park every Monday & Wednesday nights from 7pm to 8pm. Everyone is welcome, especially new members. Urging Ladies age 25 + to come along & try it out, no experience or fitness ability needed.
Stacks LGFA Autumn 2026 Fundraising Clothing Collection – Start ‘gathering’ we will hold a clothing collection on Saturday November 7th in the club rooms Connolly Park from 11am to 1pm.
Kerry: There was heartbreak for the Kerry Senior Ladies as the team suffered a one point defeat in very dramatic and controversial circumstances last Sunday afternoon in the TG4 Senior All Ireland Final: FT Galway 2-7 Kerry 0-12. Hard luck to the team and management who no doubt will be back. Thanks to all of our club members who travelled to Dublin to support the team and attended the team homecoming last Monday night.
