U6: Our U6 girls training goes ahead again this Sunday at 11am in Caherslee. New players are always welcome.
U8: We enjoyed an excellent morning of football at the Lee Strand Go Games hosted by Churchill last Sunday morning. Our next go games are planned for the 15th June against Castleisland. Training again this Sunday at 11am in Caherslee.
U10: Well done to all our U10 girls who made the trip across town to Kerins O’Rahillys last Wednesday evening for the latest round of the Lee Strand Summer Go Games Series! Great to see the girls enjoying themselves and improving each week. A big thank you to Kerins O’Rahillys for organizing the event.
U12: We welcome Cromane to Connolly Park this Wednesday evening for Rd 3 of our U12 Lee Strand County Go Games.
U13: It has been confirmed that there will be an U13 North Kerry League during July fixtures as follows; Sunday 6th July- vs KoR ( h),, Sunday 13th July- vs Na Gaeil ( h), Sunday 20th July – Bye, Sunday 27th July – vs Annascaul/ Castlegregory (a), Sunday 10th August
– vs Listowel Emmets (a). The league will be followed by an U13 County League into September. Plenty of football to look forward to for all.
U14 Co. League Div 1 : Round 5 County League Div 1 game away to MKL is due to be played on Tuesday, 10th June. Next Training Wednesday 4th June 5:45pm to 7pm.
U14B Co League Div 8: Well done to our U14B captain Emma and all the girls for a very spirited performance in Listowel last Tuesday evening. Congratulations and thanks to Listowel Emmets and referee Tom for an enjoyable sporting match. Our final Div 8 group match is this Sunday 8th June in Connolly Park with Finuge St Senans. Throw in at 5pm
U15 Co Championship: We have entered a team in this year’s Co. Championship. Competition taking place in September.
U16/18: Training continues for our U16 & minor girls every Monday and Thursday from 6 to 7pm. U16 Co. League will commence after the Junior Cert exams. U18 North Kerry League will commence on July 17th. We have been placed in Div 2 along with Movyane, Duagh/Knocknagoshel and Na Gaeil.
Senior Ladies: The Corrib Oil Senior Co. League is due to commence on July 7th with a home game V Spa Killarney at 7.30pm, Rd 2 away V Abbeydorney July 14th, Rd 3 is home to Clounmacon/Moyvane on July 21st. Intermediate Championship details have come to hand. There will be 7 teams this year and again there will be no team relegated. The teams are as follows: Abbeydorney, Austin Stacks, Beaufort, Clounmaccon/
G4MNO: Our Weekly training continues every Monday evening from 7-8pm. New players are very welcome just come along any evening.
Kerry: The Lee Strand Kerry LGFA U17 PDP continues every Saturday from 9:30-11am for girls born in 2008 & 2009. New players are always welcome. Good Luck to our own Aoife Dillane this weekend as Kerry V Mayo in AI Senior Championship Round 1 Group 2 in Austin Stack Park this Saturday June 7th at 2pm. * U14 AI ‘Gold’ Final Kerry V Dublin this Sunday in Nenagh at 1:30pm.
