See Photos below: Last Sunday evening players, parents and officers of the Austin Stacks Ladies club gathered for our annual awards evening. We were delighted to have some members of the Kerry & Munster Club Championship winning team to make the various presentations namely Ronan Shanahan, William Kirby, Denis Mc Elligott, Darragh Long & Daniel Bohan and also Kerry & Stacks Senior Ladies Star Laura Rogers.
First up were our Academy players – Girls U6, 8’s and 10’s, followed by the U12 girls who received their Town League Finalists medals, U14 girls collected their North Kerry League Div 1 winners medals (the 3rd year in a row a Stacks team has won this competition). Kerry & Stacks Player Mollie O’Carroll received a special award in recognition of her U14 All Ireland Championship final success in 2014. Next up our was our most successful team of 2014 – girls U16 who did the double winning North Kerry Div. 1 Championship and Tralee Town League Final. Thanks to Noreen & Niamh who organised the event and everyone who helped out on the evening.
