OUR CLUB SUMMER CAMP:
The Austin Stack Club summer camp will take place from Monday 28th July to Friday 1st August. Costas: €50 per head; €80 per family. Registration and payment will take place on arrival on the first morning. All Rockies and friends welcome. Fáilte roimh chách.

(i) Our U6 Summer Academy will continue at 6pm on Thursday (10rd July).

PEIL FAOI 7/8:
(i) Our U8s had another exciting GoGame this week and had great football fun! (ii) Our Academy continues every Thursday at 6pm in Connolly Park.
(ii) Next Sunday’s Academy will take place at 10.55am in Caherslee (only on the LAST Sunday of the month will it take place in the club grounds). All new members welcome….fáilte roimh bhuachaillí nua….just come along if interested! (StJohn Hegarty)

(i) More Football-for-Fun at 10.50am on Sunday next (13th July) in Caherslee.

(i) Our first important games in the Central Region League for our A and B teams took place v Laune Rangers on Sunday last in Killorglin. Well done, boys!
(ii) our boys played outstandingly v Churchill at home on Tuesday.

The U14s continue their training schedule on Friday evenings and on Sunday mornings (11am) i bPáirc Uí Chonghaile. They can’t wait for the Central and Town Leagues. (Jonathan Magnier)
TRÁ LÍ FAOI 14:
Congrats to our U14 Tralee District team that challenged the might of East Kerry on Tuesday in the final of the District’s Championship. (Micko Horan)
TRÁ LÍ FAOI 15:
Another very enjoyable and successful round of the Greater Tralee Area development sessions took place on Saturday morning last at 10.30am with several Rock boys involved. AdeS, K-O’R, Gaeil and Naomh Pádraig players were put through their paces in style. These sessions are also open to all boys born in 2010 and in 2011 and who are not already in Kerry Development Squads.
PEIL FAOI U16:
We had a disappointing week, unfortunately, on the competitive front. Both our teams suffered defeats in the County League. The holiday season is taking its toll ach ní fál go haer é! Our Division 1B team has a bye this week and our Division 9B team will travel to Listowel for round 4. Training on Sunday morning and on Tuesday evening. Next Sunday we are due to host the U16 team from the Club of St Finbarrs, Cork. Hopefully, this will be a chance to get in a good challenge game before our final round game v Firies. Next County League games: 17th July: Team A v Firies (ag baile i bPáirc Uí Chonghaile); Team B v Milltown (as baile). (Ger Hobbert)
U14 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD:
The Rock boys, Liam Ó Ciarba, Mícheál Ó Cearmada, Tadhg Ó Luasaigh, Sé Ó Odhráin and Odhrán Ó Riagáin played very well against Clare on Saturday last. Two matches were played in Currans and The Kingdom lads were victorious in both games. Well done to all involved, including Coach Theo Ó Duigín.

U15 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD:
Congratulations to our own Danny Lane and Mark Riordan and to their coach, Richie Conway, who were involved in good victories over Mayo in Galway on Saturday last. (Dan Ahern)

U16 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD:
Eoin Mangan, Conor O’Regan and Harry Murphy represented Kerry u16’s who played Mayo in Clare on Saturday.

BRISEADH CROÍ:
Our sympathies to Alex Tuohy agus mionúir Chiarraí and to Wayne Quillinan and his foireann bhainistíochta on their being pipped in their final game of the season v Tír Eoghain. How tough to be defeated by that single point in extra time! They prepared brilliantly, played sportingly and performed professionally. They gave of their very best! What an exciting encounter! They’ve given us an exciting season! They’re a great group of Kerry footballers with bright futures ahead of them! We’re so so proud of their heroic efforts. The future of Kerry football is bright!

Congratulations to our senior team on winning the Kerry Credit Union County League (Roinn 1) and on being presented with Sciath an Bhuaiteora. The Sciath/Shield was presented to our captain, Ronan Shanahan, by Terence Houlihan, Kerry and Munster Council Delegate.
