Under 6, U.7 and U.8 Boys’ Football;
The action continues every Sunday morning in Mercy Mounthawk School Hall. The Under 6 boys (born 2019 and 2020) are on at 10AM and the U8 gang (born 2017 and 2018) hit the floor at 11AM.
Due to leaving cert mock exams in Mounthawk school our U6 & U8 boys academy will not go ahead this Sunday morning.
Under 10 Boys’ Football
Football For Fun continues at 10.50AM on Sunday on the astroturf at CBS The Green.
Under 12 Boys’ Football
Training continues at 10AM on Sunday on the astroturf at CBS The Green.
Under 14 Boys’ Football
Training continues at 5PM on Wednesdays in the hall at CBS The Green.
Under 16 Boys’ Football
That was a busy week with sessions on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. Good work was done on all aspects of the game including trying to get heads around the new football rules. Boys have been given information about the rules as we encourage them to have a look and try and get an understanding of them.
Home training plans, similar to which we have been doing at training, have also been given to the players, so do try to find the time to put in the solo miles at home.

Meanwhile, Tralee CBS, with Rock players Mark Riordan, Danny Lane, David Ahern, Noah Reidy and Ryan O’Flaherty involved, defeated The Sem. in the Munster U15A Taft Cup. The Green now plays ISK at 1.30PM this Wednesday 5ú February in Caherslee. Dale Counihan is the joint manager and Damien McLoughlin is the team Physio.
Munster Colleges Final
U19 Mercy Mounthawk, with Rock boys James Fisher, Pádraig O’Halloran, Gavin Casey, Daniel Kirby, Ben Murphy, Alex Tuohy, Cormac Bastible and Paddy Lane in the van, play The Sem in the Munster Championship Corn Uí Mhuirí final on Saturday February 8th.
Every Step Counts
The Every Step Counts Walk continues on Mondays. The walks take place from The Clubhouse at 7.30pm and next week will be the final week.
