FAOI 14:
Our U14 boys are working very hard on the training pitch. On Friday last they played a challenge match v Lios Tuathail. They had their first competitive game on Sunday v Na Gaeil in the Town League and were on the wrong side of the scoreboard. Nobody, however, was too upset afterwards as there are lots more matches to be played! The football intelligence of these boys is really showing with the new rules…or, as the lads themselves call them, ‘the rules.’ Training continues on Sunday mornings at 12.00 and, gan dabht, new UNDER 14 players are always welcome! It’s never too late to join The Rock! (Micko Horan).
