CRUINNIÚ CINN BHLIANA: Thanks to all who were part of last week’s very well attended Juvenile AGM at the Austin Stack Club. As many as 40 officers and mentors filled the hall and discussed club affairs for 90 minutes or more. Facilities, caring for grounds and buildings, sponsorship, membership, registration, vetting and, of course, the all-important club co-ordinated coaching plans were discussed in minute detail. Bainisteoirí and coaches for each age group were carefully chosen; representatives for the ’26 coiste gnó of The Rock Club were also chosen. The following will look after the future juvenile club star footballers throughout the 2026 season: Uachtarán: B.Caball; Joint Chairpersons: Ricky Moloney, Jonathan Magnier; Vice Chairperson: St John Hegarty; Club Secretary: Colm Ó Mongáin; Delegate to Coiste na nÓg, Tralee/Naomh Breandán Boards and Réigiún Láir: John Slattery; Child-care Officer: Orlaith Ní Ghrífín; Registrar: Claire Smith; Oifigeach Cultúir: Carmel Cuiltéir. THE GREEN CBS: ‘Thumbs Up’ to The Green Under 19A footballers who took on Coláiste Bhréanainn Chill Airne on Wednesday (14th) in the Munster quarter final of the U19 Corn Uí Mhuirí Competition in Austin Stack Park (1.30pm). Our club’s representatives: Rónán Ó Cearúill, Fionnán Ó Riain, Oilibhéar Lata and Eoin Ó Mongáin. An Fhaiche Abú!

KERRY SENIORS: We look forward to our county senior teams’ outings in their respective leagues: Allianz Hurling League: on Saturday 24th January our senior hurlers will travel to Derry to play the Oak Leaf County. Lidl Ladies National League: on Saturday 24th January our senior ladies will go to Dublin and take on The Dubs. Allianz Football League 2026: on Sunday 25th January Joe O’Connor, Dylan Ó Cathasaigh, Armin Heinrich and their Kerry teammates will play at home v Roscommon. Tús maith, leath na hoibre!
KERRY CLUBS: We congratulate Ballymacelligott on their great All-Ireland (junior) victory over Tyrone’s Éire Óg, Clochar, in Croke Park on Sunday last. Comhghairdeachas leis an nGaeltacht a bhuaigh ar Ghleann an Iolair, Doire, i bPáirc an Chrócaigh sa chomórtas idirmheánach. Congrats, also, to Gaeltacht selector, Pádraig Ó Conchúir, who was an Austin Stack Club selector several years ago nuair a bhí sé ag obair i dTrá Lí. Go n-éirí go maith le peileadóirí sinsearacha an Daingin in aghaidh Chlub Naomh Bríd, Ros Comáin.
