PEIL FAOI 9/10:
The Rock U10 Garry Fernane Cup and John Galvin Cup football competitions are continuing at 10.50am this coming Sunday morning (19th) in CAHERSLEE. Four 8-aside teams will be in action, once again. This will be our second last on-field outing for 2026. Peil ar ardchaighdeán gan stad gan staonadh a bheidh ann arís! Another exciting sunny (?) Sunday morning expected! Our final session will be on October 26th. Ansin beidh daoine óga ag smaoineamh ar Oíche Shamhna. (Colm Ó Mongáin)
PEIL FAOI U16:
(i) Last Monday (13th), in Connolly Park and under lights, we faced our Cillín neighbours, Na Gaeil, in the Bordcheantair Thrá Lí agus Naomh Breandán semi-final. Well done, boys, on a great showing! The Rock is proud of you!
(ii) And we’re preparing diligently for the County League (Division 2) semi-final which will be played towards the end of October. Keep an eye out…súil an tseabhaic…for group messages, boys, and for the AdeS social media posts. (Ger Hobbert)
PEIL na gCOLÁISTÍ FAOI 19:
The Green CBS, with our Olivier Lata, Eoin Mangan and Fionnán Ryan on board (Ronan Carroll wasn’t available), successfully took on and defeated Mercy Mounthawk in the U19 Colleges Football Competition (Corn Uí Shúilleabháin) last week. The Rock lads on the Cnoc an tSeabhaic team: D.Lyons, Alex Touhy, H.Murphy, Jack Diggin and A.Johnson. The Green boys will now challenge St. Brendans, Killarney, in the final. We have another Tralee/Killarney final! Cluiche caide spéisiúil romhainn! An Fhaiche Abú!
