FAOI 19 – CORN UÍ MHUIRÍ:
(i) ‘Well done’ to the Cnoc an tSeabhaic team that challenged An Sciobairín in the 2nd round of the Corn Uí Mhuirí competition (Munster Schools) on Wednesday (13th). The U19 Rock boys on the Mounthawk panel: James Fisher, Pádraig Ó hAllmharáin, Ben Murphy, Daniel Kirby, Alex Touhy, Gavin Ó Cathasaigh, Paddy Lane, Cormac Bastible.
(ii) The Tralee CBS boys played in their their 2nd round of the Corn Uí Mhuirí competition on Wednesday (13th) against ‘Presentation Milltown’. Imríodh an cluiche i bPáirc Bhaile an Mhuilinn (ag 1.30pm). Maith sibh, a bhuachaillí na Faiche! Victory, having already accounted for Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne in round 1, ensures that The Green lads, as group winners, will go through to the quarter finals after Christmas. The Green Rock boys: Ryan O’Driscoll, Olivier Lata, Seán Óg Brosnan, Fionnán Ryan, Ronan Carroll, Donnacha Horgan, Mark O’Riordan, Danny Lane, Ryan O’Flaherty, Noah Reidy and David Ahern.
COLÁISTÍ – CORN UÍ SHÚILLEABHÁIN:
The 29th November has been scheduled for the playing of the U19 Corn Uí Shúilleabháin competition (Kerry Colleges) final between Tralee CBS and Mercy Mounthawk. Black‘n’Amber players on The Green panel: Seán Óg Brosnan, Fionnán Ryan, Ronan Carroll Ryan O’Driscoll, Donnacha Horgan, Olivier Lata. The U19 Rock boys on the Mounthawk panel: James Fisher, Pádraig Ó hAllmharáin, Ben Murphy, Daniel Kirby, Alex Touhy, Gavin Ó Cathasaigh, Paddy Lane, Cormac Bastible. It will be a game that will feature most of the very best footballers in our area. Beidh rogha agus togha na bpeileadóirí ar pháirc na himeartha….an encounter not to be missed!
INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONS OF KERRY:
The Kerry Petroleum Intermediate Club Championship Final v Laune Rangers has been won by The Rock. What a win!
