PEIL FAOI 6:
(i) Our U6 Summer Academy continues at 6pm on Thursday.

(i) Our Academy continues on Thursday (15th August) at 6pm in Connolly Park.
(ii) More football fun on Sunday next (17th) at 11am. (StJohn Hegarty)
PEIL FAOI 10:
(i) Football-for-Fun continues at 5.50pm on Thursday in CONNOLLY PARK.

PEIL FAOI 12:
We continue training on Tuesdays and on Fridays in preparation for the Town League; that will be our final competition of the season and will commence at the end of August. We played a challenge game v An Daingean on the Holy Day (August 15th)….well done, boys!
PEIL FAOI 13/14:
(i) Our As were delighted with their victory v Na Gaeil!
(ii) Our U14Bs had a good win v An Ghaeltacht in the penultimate round on Tuesday of last week. Maith sibh, a bhuachaillí na Carraige! On Thursday they finished with a 100% record v K-O’R (Club Uí Chéirín-Uí Rathaille). They played Milltown on Tuesday of this week (10th) in the 5th and final group game in Milltown. Well done, boys! Who’ll be their semi-final opponents?
(iii) Our U13 boys (born 2012) are eagerly looking forward to the Rose Cup. The Corn an Róis competition will take on Saturday next (16th) and our men are hoping to retain the cup that they won last year! Come on The Rock U13s!

PEIL FAOI U16:
(i) We are still awaiting details of our Division 2 semi-final v the Dr Thomas Croke Club.
(ii) We are disappointed for our U16 lads who were part of the unsuccessful club Minor panel that was pipped by Ballymac. Well done, boys! (Ger Hobbert)
MINOR FOOTBALL:
(i) ‘Well done’ to our minor footballers who took on and defeated Na Crócaigh. Result…AdeS: 4-17; Na Crócaigh: 0-20. A minute’s silence was observed before the match in memory of the late Dr Croke Club former senior player, Jamie Doolan. Beannacht Dé leis. It took a period of extra time to settle this rescheduled encounter. Scoreboard readings were…half-time: AdeS: 1-7; Crócaigh: 0-6; full time: AdeS: 2-12; Crocaigh: 0-18; half-time in am breise: AdeS: 3-13; Crocaigh: 0-19; full time in extra time: AdeS: 4-17; Crocaigh: 0-20!
