(i) Our boys had another busy week! They had sessions on Wednesday, on Friday and on Sunday. Good work was done on all aspects of the game and particularly on the new football rules. Bright and early on Sunday morning they had a joint session with the minor team. A very interesting session was had with everyone getting stuck in to the action. Our 2009-born players are now invited to attend minor training sessions over the next few weeks…if they are interested; that’ll be a step up!
(ii) In ongoing development the players have been given information about the rules and they are strongly encouraged to try and get a good understanding of them. Home training plans, similar to the work that they have been doing at training, have also been given to the players. Do try to find the time to put in the solo miles at home, boys! Sessions are planned again for this week; as usual, we ask you to check your group messages for information. Best of luck to our players who are facing into Mock Junior Certificate Exams this week.
