(iii) Good luck to the Tralee CBS (Faoi 19) boys who will face Coláiste Bhréanainn in the final of the Corn Dhún Lóich competition. The date, time and venue has yet to be decided. The Green team had a good semi-final victory over Coláiste Naomh Mícheál, Lios Tuathail, on Thursday (15th). Good wishes to Colm de Brún, Éanna Ó Cathail, Ryan Ó Drisceoil, Rónán Ó Cearúill, Josh Ó Loingsigh, Damien Ó hÓgáin, Tomás Derege, Seán Ó Muimhneacháin and Donnacha Mac an tSaoir in their preparations
(iv) Tá an cluiche v Coláiste Éamann Rís curtha ar athló go dtí tar éis na laethanta saoire. The fixtures for gaiscígh Ghaelcholáiste Chiarraí were unfortunately halted by the frosty weather (we hope all travelled safely during this turbulent week) and, so, our lads had ample time to prepare for the oncoming laethanta saoire. With decorations strung timpeall na scoile agus bronnatanais Nollag being generously donated to Arlington Lodge through a voluntary collection campaign that was arranged during the week, spiorad an tséasúir was strong sa choláiste Gaelach! A festive siúlóid, the announcement of na buaiteoirí i gComórtas spleodrach na nDoirse (seomraí ranga) and the ever-popular (and ever-competitive!) Tráth na gCeist bliantiúil were scheduled for this week, an tseachtain dheireaneach, to entertain our ever-enthusiastic and dedicated scoláirí. Gach dea-ghuí ar ár ndaltaí as they spend the weeks off with their families….glacaigí sos, a leaideanna, agus bainigí taitneamh as an tsaoire! Nollaig faoi shéan is faoi mhaise daoibh! (D.Ó Loingsigh)

Think about it over the Christmas. A great opportunity for budding actors, musicians, singers, quiz buffs or dancers!
CLUB PLAYER ON STAGE: Congratulations to Rock footballer, Klaudio Dema, who’s trying his luck in the acting world. Go n-éirí go geal leis!
AN CLUICHE SCILIÚIL: Were you glued to the tv on Sunday last? Brilliant skill, great competition, good scoring! Truly the skilful game! All for the honour of the little village! Wasn’t it nice to see the Antrim lads getting to the final! A pity that the Munstermen hadn’t the same success! Beidh lá eile ag Na Déisigh!
