The inaugural John Lynch Tournament for Under 10 Football was held at Connolly Park on Sunday 25th October. There were 4 clubs involved – Kilmacud Crokes, Ballymacelligott, Churchill and Austin Stacks, with each club providing 3 teams. The John Lynch Memorial Cup was won by Kilmacud Crokes, and was presented to the winning captain, Matthew Blacker, by Phil Lynch (wife of the late John Lynch) and Liam Lynch (Austin Stacks vice-chairman and John’s son.) Austin Stacks won the Shield, with 3rd and 4th place plaques going to Churchill and Ballymac. Attached some photos of tournament action and presentations.
