Harnett Return Inspires B’s

The return of Dylan Harnett to competitive action was pivotal to our B team success in Lispole on Monday evening. Harnett’s joust with fellow Kerry North star Brian Ryall was central to the outcome of this game and in this respect Harnett was not found wanting. Ciarán Flanagan also had a fine night at midfield aided by the powerful running of Niall Carroll-Cane. We led by two at the break with the impressive Jesse O’Sullivan netting our goal to leave the scores 1-6 to 1-8 in our favour at the break. We continued to dominate after the break with Richard Hurley very dangerous at full forward and captain Aidan McQuinn rock solid at the back. Adam Barrett had a fine game also and with Jack Morgan adding steel to the defence late on we ran out five point winners.
