Austin Stacks V Kilcummin this Saturday night Aug 1st at 7pm in Connolly Park.
At present we are advised that a maximum capacity (including players/mentors/stewards/referee & officials, etc) for any GAA game is 200.
Austin Stacks & Dingle clubs will both receive a club allocation of 80 tickets each for next Saturday nights RD1 Club Championship in Annascaul. Kerry GAA using 20 for own sponsors/media and we will have an additional 20 tickets for stewarding & referee/umpires etc).
Our allocation of 80 to include all players, squad players, team management, club officials & own club media.
Once everyone who must be at the match has been allocated a ticket we will be in the position to offer fully paid club members the opportunity to enter a club draw to win a ticket. Tickets are priced at €8 each & payment is by credit card/direct debit card only. We will require the winners name/address/phone & email details so e-ticket can be sent.
These e-tickets have a bar code so the bearers name & details will be saved & scanned on the night of the match in case required for Covid contact tracing purposes
Our ticket draw will take place at 6pm this evening. Winners will be notified on Wednesday morning and must make contact with Siobhan on the club with their information for before 5pm Wed or Kerry GAA will reclaim them.
Anyone who wishes to enter the club draw is asked to Text their name to Club Secretary Elma Nix on 086 1053300 before 5pm tomorrow (Monday July 20th).
It is important to stress that tickets will not be on sale at the grounds, there will be no walk ups on the night and that only those who present an e-ticket will be allowed to gain admission.
It is inevitable that so many our great club supporters will not be able to attend the game & while this is very disappointing for us as a club we hope supporters are understanding of the situation we find ourselves in.
Best regards,
Elma Nix,
Rúnaí Cumann Aibhistín de Staic.
