Féach orthu and you’ll see future Joes, Dylans, Armins, Joeys, Paddys, Daniels, Bens, etc, etc. You’ll also see just some of the people/mentors/helpers who are keeping our great club great…the people who work with groups/teams throughout the séasúr peile! Our club mentors’ great interest is to voluntarily enrich the lives of youngsters.…by imparting the skills of Gaelic football (wouldn’t it be nice if we had adults also promoting the ‘skilful game’!), by encouraging them to work together and to give of their ‘almighty best’, by helping them to accept victory and defeat in a manly way, by being faithful to their club/team, by giving them the chance to make good friends!
PEIL FAOI 9: We’re eagerly looking forward to the visit of Club Bhóthar na Trá, Gaillimh, on Saturday. We’ll have a friendly ‘Kerry v Galway’ GoGames session at 12.00; that’ll be fun, arsa Naomh Eoin Ó hÉigeartaigh.

CAID FAOI 11/12: Our U12 players and mentors had a lovely trip to Páirc Uí Chollata, Doirín, Cill Airne, where they challenged the Legion Club. Our U12 Black‘n’Amber stalwarts continue to play outstandingly well. Among our present U12 stars are Cian Canty, Marcus Henry, Kyle Lucid, Rian Hogan, Conor Long, Tadhg McElligott, Ruairí Magnier, Darragh Maguire, Harry Brassil and Tadhg Nolan. MINORS: (i) The U17 Super 10 Tournament continues this week! (ii) We are counting down the days to the beginning of the County League which will take place on June 29th (Dé Luain). We’ll travel to the Pearse Brothers Club, Churchill, for Round 1. The following week we’ll be at home to Laune Rangers and our final group game will be against Legion. CAID FAOI 20: Mór-chomhghairdeachas le Paddy Lane (captain), Ronan Carroll, Daniel Kirby and Alex Touhy who were part of the victorious Kerry Under 20 All-Ireland winning panel. What an honour for The Rock Club to have four boys on the Kerry U20 football panel!
