Dillon Quirke Foundation:
At the game on Saturday night in Connolly Park we held a collection for the Dillon Quirke Foundation. Thanks to all who
contributed generously for this most worthy cause which raises awareness for Sudden Death
Syndrome.
Results:
Our C Team had an exciting draw at home to Spa B on Friday evening, 2-14 to 4-8.
Fixtures:
This weekend the Seniors have Spa away in Division 1 on Sunday at 2pm.
Our C Team host Keel B at home on Friday evening at 7pm and our B team have St Michaels
Foilmore at home on Sunday at 2pm.
Kerry team:
Good luck to Dylan, Armin, Joey and Joe in the blockbuster game against Donegal on
Saturday in Killarney. Hopefully all are fit and well to take part!
U21 Football:
Our U21 team will defend their County Championship title with a tricky away trip to play
East Kerry. With Kerry into the All Ireland fixture details for this one are still TBC.
Huge congratulations to Paddy, Ronan, Alex and Daniel for getting past Roscommon after AET in
the All Ireland U20 semi final last Wednesday in Thurles!
Outstanding performances from our 3 lads on the match day panel on the day with captain Paddy ending up with 1-4, Ronan
linking play very well at the top of the D and Daniel giving a tour-deforce at midfield in a man of the match display, kicking 1-3 also.
Onto the final against Tyrone in a fortnight!
Minor Football:
Kerry minors got back on track against Clare last Monday with Danny and Eoin continuing
their good form/ Both players start this Monday against Cork in the Munster Final, keep it up
lads!
Club Bar:
Keep up to date with all the live sport we have to offer on our Bar’s social media
pages. Opening times this week for the Club Bar are as follows, Monday 7-00pm,
Tuesday Closed, Wednesday Closed, Thursday 7-00pm, Friday 7-00pm, Saturday
4-00pm, Sunday 12-00pm.
Card nights continue on Monday and Thursday night.
Club Lotto:
There was no winner of the €2,450 jackpot. The numbers drawn were were 5, 14, 20, 32..
Next draw is on Monday May 11th at 7.30pm and the jackpot will be €2,500. Continued

Jigsaw Workshop:
Austin Stacks coaches are invited to take part in a One Good Coach mental health promotion
session delivered by Jigsaw in partnership with Austin Stacks GAA & LGFA Clubs. This
session will touch on issues facing young people and what we can do to support them,
highlighting various support services for young people.
As a result of this 1-hour workshop, participants will:
– Have a greater understanding of mental health
– Have a greater understanding of the importance of your role as One Good Adult
– Have a greater awareness of how to promote and support young people’s mental health in
your role as Coach
– Learn about Jigsaw and how young people can access the service
We plan to offer a similar session to parents and to our young people.
Coaching:
The One Good Coach session will take place on Thursday 21st May at 7.30pm in the
Community Room in Connolly Park.
